PARK WILSHIRE APARTMENTS
- Park Wilshire is a 172 unit, 8-story project - a designated historic building - in downtown Los Angeles next to MacArthur Park.
- Complete water system replacement from street meter connection to each fixture. There were many challenges in designing a system for function while avoiding all of the historic plaster work.
- Unique to this project was the engineered design and installation of a three stage booster pump, providing variable flow volume based on demand
PARK WILSHIRE APARTMENTS
- Strapping and isolating the new plumbing was difficult due to the non-existent interior framing.
- Patching the curving lath and plaster walls was a challenge met by our experienced plaster crews.
- The 4" mains were installed up the existing trash chute to preserve the historic integrity of the building.
