- Canyon Rim, a 504 unit complex (2 stories, slab on grade, with built up roof)
- Complete Water system replacement for EACH building; hot and cold water mains installed on the roofs; BOTH pipe systems were insulated and the insulation coated with a UV protective paint to prevent deterioration from direct sunlight.
- New water heaters were installed throughout the complex.
- In addition, a number of leaks in the underground medium pressure gas system were repaired while the gas remained on.
