SAN REGIS APARTMENTS
- San Regis is a 390 apartment project (3 story, over 'tuck under parking' & slab on grade)
- Complete water system replacement of old galvanized plumbing, from the point of entry at each building to each existing fixture. Our re-pipe design allowed us to avoid ACM on the 2nd & 3rd floors, saving our clients approximately $300,000 in abatement costs.
- In addition, we replaced approximately 400 feet for two of the building sewer mains which included 17 laterals, concrete & asphalt removal & replacement, trenching, backfill with sand slurry, removal & replacement of concrete driveway apron, curb, gutter & sidewalk.
- We replaced components to the hydronic heating and cooling system in 165 apartments.
